Tuesday night marked the first of two inter-club battles this season, with Stroud Camera Club visiting Forest of Dean Camera Club—always a welcoming host. With three consecutive wins under our belt, both FoD and Newent were determined to challenge our streak with some outstanding images.
The competition began with the print section, where SCC took an early lead, finishing the first half with an impressive 8-point advantage. Much of this success was attributed to the exceptional print quality, an area that FoD acknowledges as one they aim to improve.
However, the battle was far from over. FoD mounted a strong comeback in the digital section, outscoring us by three points. Despite their efforts, it wasn’t enough to stop SCC from securing the overall victory—our fourth consecutive inter-club win.
